Meeting status helps your Users keep track of whether their Customers have confirmed their upcoming Meeting, the past Meetings that were a successful use of their time, and helps you collect detailed information of your Meeting Types’ performance. You can easily view and change a Meeting's status from your Calendar or Customers page.
The Pending status indicates the Customer hasn’t replied to the WhatsApp message.
The Confirmed status indicates the Customer has said, via WhatsApp, that they are attending the Meeting.
The Canceled status indicates the Customer has said they won’t attend and canceled their Meeting.
