Our profiling forms track sources and endings to help you stay in tune with lead acquisition and intent. When pasting your Profiling Form link on another page, you can have information in your link so that Lineup can track how your leads reached your form.

1️⃣ Finding Your UTMs
- On your Profiling page, locate the profiling form you want to add UTMs for on the left-side menu.
- Click on the UTM Tracking tab on the tertiary top menu.
2️⃣ Create a New Tracking Link
- Click on the Create button located in the middle of the UTM tracking panel (if you haven’t created any UTMs yet), under the UTM tracking description, or at the end of your UTMs list .
- A pop-up will provide you with more options for customizing your UTM Tracking link.
3️⃣ UTM setup
- At Name, create a name for your UTM. Add any info that your team will need to understand what sort of traffic this UTM represents!
- At Source, add the tag for where this UTM's traffic is coming from. (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Website….)
- At Campaign, add the tag for this UTM's campaign. (e.g. Launch, Black Friday, Referral…)
- At Medium, the channel that your traffic will use to reach you. (e.g. Social, Form, Message…)
