We have refactored the data flows to ensure that any changes made to your Profiling Forms will be automatically updated in both spreadsheets without erasing previously submitted response data. In this article, we will cover all the possible changes you can make to your Profiling Forms and how these modifications will be reflected in the spreadsheets used to track Profiling Responses for your business. While some of these changes may require action on your part to keep everything organized, our latest update minimizes the effort required to keep both files up-to-date.

The graphic assets that go with the questions in your Profiling Form aren't synced with your Google Sheets file or your downloadable spreadsheet.
The text in your Profiling Form's buttons isn't synced with your Google Sheets file or your downloadable spreadsheet.
Since Question Logic affects the order in which your Customers progress through the form, and NOT the actual order that your questions are recorded in, reorganizing them will not affect your spreadsheets.
Changing whether or not a question on your Form is Required will have no effect on your spreadsheets.
If you add a new question in any part of your Form, both spreadsheets will add it after the columns that correspond to the “questions section”. Any Responses that precede this addition will show that column as empty. The columns to the right of the questions section ****(Ending, Score, User, Customer, UTM Source, UTM medium, UTM Campaign) will move over to the right accordingly with all the Responses they contained before.
<aside> 💡 Something you should know This change will be visible on your spreadsheets, not at the time of the question addition, but whenever a new Profiling Response comes through after the change is made.
