0️⃣ Why Do I Need to Know a Booking’s Origin?
Occasionally you’ll need to know where a Meeting on your Calendar page comes from: It could have been booked by a Customer on your organization’s Booking page, or created by a member of your team directly onto your calendar. Lineup allows you to check this easily by finding it in the Meeting Details. Find out how in this short step-by-step.
1️⃣ Finding out the Booking Origin on Your Calendar Page
Step 1: Choose a Meeting
- Go to your Calendar page.
- Click on any Meeting.

Step 2: Check out the booking origin
- A popup will appear, showing you the Meeting’s details.
- In the highlighted section, you will be able to view the Meeting’s origin, whether it be booked by a Customer in the Booking page, or created by one of your Users in the Calendar page.
- If it was booked through the Booking page, it will show a creation date, and whether it was directly booked with the assigned User or the Customer selected "Any User” and Lineup assigned this one automatically.
- If it was created in the Calendar page, it will show a creation date and the name of the User who created it.

2️⃣ Checking out the Booking Origin on a Customer’s Page
Step 1: Finding a Customer
- Head over to the Customers section
- On the left-side navigation, find the name whose Meeting info you want to consult. If you don’t find it straight away, you can also search for their name.
- Click on that Customer.
