0️⃣ What are Unavailabilities?

The Calendar page also allows you to easily set up unavailabilities with just a couple of clicks! If you know you’re going to be away from work for a particular time slot, you can set it as Unavailable so that Customers can’t book Meetings with you at these times.

1️⃣ Creating an Unavailable Time Slot

  1. On your Calendar page, find the unavailable button. It is located on the right side above your calendar.
  2. Click on this button to add an Unavailability to your calendar.

2️⃣ Setting it up

  1. This pop-up will appear, allowing you to configure the exact date and time you will be unavailable.
  2. When you click on the Start date or End date boxes, a calendar will appear where you can select the exact dates your unavailability begins and ends.
  3. When you click on Start time and End time, you will be allowed to select the exact times that your unavailability begins and ends.

There you go! You have set up an unavailable time slot so that you cannot be booked for Meetings within this time frame.
