WhatsApp Notifications for Users

Our WhatsApp notifications enhancement sprint, brought valuable messages to keep supporting our Users’ sales operations while minimizing busywork & time expenditure. Notifications are still a Meeting Type level setting. Get to know all of our exciting novelties in this article!

1️⃣ Divided User and Customer Notifications

We divided our Notification section on the Meeting Type into two: (1) User notifications and (2) Customer notifications. This is to classify the User experience that defines What messages are sent to What type of customer persona. In this article, we focus on the first one that addresses the Users on our platform. Read our article about notifications for our Customers here

  1. To access your User notifications, head over to the Meeting Type you'd like to configure notifications for.

  1. Click on Notifications. This will show you a dropdown menu, where you can select between Notifications for Users and Notifications for Customers.

  1. Click on For Users in the dropdown menu.

2️⃣ New Message Categories

We divided the User notifications into two groups (Alerts and Reminders) that at the same time can be sub-classified into Configurable or Automatic, and WhatsApp or Email.
