0️⃣ What is Our Lead Enrichment Engine?
At Lineup, we believe the best way to build connections with your leads —and thus, be more likely to sell to them— is by getting to know as much as possible about them. Our Lead Enrichment Engine takes a lead’s email address and combs several sources to gather relevant information about them for you.
1️⃣ View Your Incoming Leads’ Info
As soon as a lead creates their first Meeting with you, Lineup looks up enriched data about them, which you can easily find in their Customer profile.
Step 1: Receive their information in your inbox

As soon as a lead is booked, you will receive their information directly in your Meeting Confirmation email if you have User Notifications set up.

- If you have WhatsApp notifications set up, you also have the option to view enriched data there. Just click on “I want to see them” to receive the information!
Step 2: Find a Meeting in your calendar
- If you want to see information about a lead that has an upcoming Meeting with you, find that Meeting in your calendar and click on it.
- In the popup that appears, you’ll find a link to view the Customer’s enriched data on their profile.
- If you already know the lead’s name, you can also go directly to their profile on the Customers page.
Step 3: View the data you need
- Here, you will find data from different sources. Open each accordion to find all the info we have on your lead! We currently offer information gathered from LinkedIn and Crunchbase, but we’re working on adding more sources to offer you all the information you might need about your Customer’s profile.
